Location is 10 min. walk from train station, bus station is right in front of the building. For us train was the most convenient way to travel to Paris. Trains go quite frequently and bring either to destination or to connection points with metro. Quite convenient. Neighbourhood turned out to be safer that it looks. Multiple shops and restaurants in close proximity. Room is simple, but equipped with essential items.

You can cook or heat food with the microwave and stove, plus you can store food in the fridge in the bedroom. The place had enough space and was clean. There was some groceries stores nearby the hotel were you can buy vegetables fruits and more for a reasonable price. Also bakeries and some pizza, fast food. The people at the desk were really helpful and nice. 10+ to them.

it was very clean and exactly like the pictures. 10 mins from metro connecting to the main places in Paris. very very good value for money. the residence is of a very good quality.

The size of the rooms were brilliant and great for a 3 day stay. The room was basic, but clean and the bed was comfy. Glen and Abel were both very friendly and efficient :-)
